1st post on the blog!

Hey friends and family! It is my intention that this blog will keep you all up to date on the happenings in our lives. We hope to post updates, pictures, and video clips. I know you will all want to see little Natalie growing up!
Let's see... I will catch you up on the latest! I have officially retired from teaching (whoop!) and am enjoying my summer as I prepare for the baby. I'm getting bigger everyday (I'm 27 weeks so far) and have entered the duck-walking phase! Jake is excited about being a daddy! This week he has started talking to Natalie a lot and feeling for kicks. I think we have a little athlete in there- she's a good kicker! Maybe a dancer... she gets active at techno and pop music... just like her mom!
hmmm... I would like to meet the person who has more exclamation marks in their blog than me!
